Your furniture has been sealed for durability with a protective topcoat, but as with any furniture, care must be taken to protect these surfaces.

Paint/Poly can cure up to 30 days, so handle with care during this time. Coasters are required when setting anything hot, cold, or wet on the surface. Felt sliders are strongly recommended on décor items to avoid scratching the surface. 

If any damage occurs over time with regular use, a small jar of touch-up paint is included with your purchase. 

Use a soft rag or towel with a mild detergent to dust or clean. Please do not use harsh chemicals; they will wear down the finish over time.

Remember that this piece had a long and rich history before it came to you. Minor imperfections may reflect its age and journey since it was created many years ago.
